Gubbins (referred to here as "we", "our", or "us") is a creative studio owned and run by Amy Rogers. This document outlines how your data is collected and used when accessing this website, as well as when you're working with us.

Website usage

We do not collect personally identifying information of anyone browsing this website. We use non-identifiable information (page clicks, device type, browser, and country) to understand how to improve the usability of this website.

We use Google Analytics to view usage data; you can read about their data safeguarding policy here.

Contact details

When you reach out through our contact form, a copy of the details you sent will be kept by us so we can contact you back. We will only use these details to communicate with you about working together.

While working with you, we may request further details from you, including:

  • Address
  • Billing details
  • Contact details for related parties

As part of our work, we may ask to create accounts for you and/or us on third party services. We will give you a heads up if this is the case.

We take reasonable measures to safely store and maintain any collected personal data. No form of data storage/transmission is completely immune from attack; should there be a data breach we will alert all affected parties as soon as we can.

Retention and review

If you have contacted us, we will keep the details mentioned in the Contact details section indefinitely unless otherwise requested. We clear stale user data approximately every six months but this is not a strict process.
